Teodora is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation. A registered Mentor Coach with the ICF and seasoned Trainer. She has over 2500 coaching hours of practice with individuals and teams from Bulgarian and international companies, many of which are on the Fortune 500 list. Teodora worked with clients from various sectors – Communications, IT, Energy and Utilities, Entertainment, Media, Education, Health, Pharmaceutical and Science, Financial Services, Mining, Insurance, Real Estate, Engineering, NGOs, etc.

Her passion is to engage in conversations that matter and bring value to the other person. Her main focus as an individual, group and team coach is effective and authentic communication between people from various age groups, worldviews, and cultures and with diverse backgrounds. While catalyzing the internal and external transformation the clients want, she supports them to communicate effectively, to navigate through change, to achieve their goals, to feel satisfied and to lead a balanced life. Her offerings at ConnecTEDY Ltd are coaching, mentor coaching for ICF credentialing and business trainings.

Teodora is an active supporter of the local coaching community, having spent 4,5 years as Director of Membership (2016-2020) at the ICF Bulgaria Chapter. Currently, she is the Chapter President since 2022. Teodora has been serving also as an Ambassador at the ICF Foundation (2021-2022). Its goal is to contribute to social change through pro bono coaching in organizations with goals aligned with the UN SDGs.
