Miglena Doneva-Doncheff is ICF Professional Certified Coach and Accredited Team Coach, Erickson Facilitator and Erickson Organiser in Austria. She is ICF Mentor and supports coaches all over the world on their professional path. Alongside her coaching expertise Miglena has been working for 19 years as HR consultant and has significant expertise and experience in development of individuals, teams and organisations in different environments (Western and Central-Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Afrika).
As president of ICF Austria (2019 – 2021), she was able to contribute to quality assurance in the coaching profession and to raise awareness in the Austrian market for what professional coaching is and what its advantages are.
Miglena genuinely believe that positive change is inevitable. Her purpose is to co-create
development and growth opportunities and to support people in achieving their desired goals and evolving to their fullest potential while aligning with their own core values. As coach she is working with leaders, young potentials and teams.
