Malcolm is serving as a Regional Director for ICF, Supporting chapters in Europe and Africa to expand the awareness and adoption of coaching as an integral part of transforming societies.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Sciences, and a Certificate in Project Management. As Regional Director, he focuses on strategies to achieve membership and regional strategic plan goals and objectives that maximise our impact and visibility of ICF in Europe and Africa, adapting strategy as necessary in response to internal and external environmental changes. Supporting the local chapter network focusing on ICF membership solutions to positively impact the member experience and ICF growth.
