Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Registration Secretariat by email. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction.

Cancellation policy of registration fee:
- Cancellation of a confirmed registration until 2nd October 2017 will be subject to an administrative fee of 20 EUR per participant.
- Please note that if you cancel after 2nd October 2017, no refund will be possible.

Cancellation policy of accommodation:
Cancellation of a confirmed accommodation until 20th September 2017 will be free of charge.
Cancellation of a confirmed accommodation between 20th and 30th September 2017 will be subject to an administrative fee of 50 % of the accommodation price.
Please note that of you cancel your accommodation after 30th September 2017, no refund will be possible.

The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement is received by CIC Ltd.
