Aboodi Shabi

Aboodi Shabi is a master coach and facilitator who has worked with thousands of executives, coaches and leaders since 1996.

A long-time contributor to the global coaching profession, he was founding co-President of the UK ICF and served on the global ICF Board. He has written several articles and papers on coaching, and is on the editorial board of Coaching at Work magazine.

His international background – born in London to an Iraqi Jewish father and a Lebanese Christian mother – has given him a sensitive antenna for different perspectives and a deep curiosity and understanding about people and what makes them tick. He has grounded this personal experience with years of immersion in the study and practice of ontological coaching.

Aboodi has led ontological coaching programmes across the world. He is an invited master facilitator for various European coaching schools, and regularly speaks on the international coaching conference circuit across Europe.


Annamaria Barnoczki

Annamaria Barnoczki has 20 years’ experience in HR Management, including 10 years of management and coaching experience.
She is currently at the position of an executive and business coach.  Her specialities are leadership skills development, conflict, stress and career management.
As part of her devotion to life-long learning and knowledge-sharing, She participates in coach education and is also lecturing at conferences, leads workshops and writes articles. She finds self-knowledge development very important.
Since 2016 she is the Credentialing Director of the Hungarian Chapter. Between 2012 and 2015 she had the position of vice-president of the Federation of Hungarian Coach Organisations. She is an ICF registered mentorcoach.
She gained a diploma in HR Management at the Pázmány Péter University. Рerceived а diploma as a business coach from the Business Coach Academy. Master degree in Work and Organisational Psychology at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Bulgaria.


Cvetana Ivanova | Re: foundation, founder & CEO |

Cvetana Ivanova is a lecturer at University of the Arts, London - Central Saint Martins in MA Applied Imagination in the Creative Industry. She is currently doing her PhD in Psychology of the Art. Master’s of Arts graduate with experience in creative design and advertising with emphasis on art direction and creative branding. Experience encompasses knowledge of integrated visual and written medium including print, graphics, video, collateral and electronic publishing. A conceptual artist with stage design and fashion design background, evolved in creative director and manager of multidisciplinary teams. Founder of the Art & Science research foundation “Re:” and currently working on a chain of interdisciplinary projects with teams of artists and scientist in the quest for the synthesis between Art & Science as natural result of their evolution. Collaborating with Sofia University, National Academy of the Art, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Art @CMS, CERN and other NGOs.

Georgina has been coaching chief executives, senior leaders and executive teams for 24 years. She has been described by clients as having “strong presence and credibility”, as being “experienced and wise” and a coach who “has extraordinary empathy” allowing her to be “challenging but gentle”.

James Dillon

Dr Jonathan Passmore

Jonathan is a psychologist, coach and author. He has written and edited 30 books and nearly 100 scientific papers and book chapters, including the best selling 'Excellence in Coaching' and 'Top Business Models' . He is the director of the Coaching Centre at Henley Business School, and holds a professorship at the University of Evora. Prior to join Henley Jonathan has worked for PWC, IBM and OPM as a coach and consultant. a large volume of his papers are available for free download on Researchgate. 


Kim Leischner

Kim Leischner is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC); Professional Facilitator (IAF); a Master Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner and Systemic Constellation Facilitator.

Kim has been leading personal and professional development programs internationally, for more than 20 years. Her clients include coaches, heart-base leaders, executives, managers, leaders and entrepreneurs around the world. 

She is passionate about empowering human potential.  She supports coaches, facilitators, healers, heart-based leaders and social entrepreneurs to up-level their game, and consciously expand the space of empowerment they hold for others.

Kim is also a senior trainer and faculty member of an international provider of solution focused human development programs and ICF accredited (ICF- ACTP) coach training programs and has lead coaching related learning programs on five continents and more than 11 countries worldwide.


Katerina Kanelidou

Katerina is a coach, trainer, mentor coach and mentor trainer, with over 20 years’ experience working with teams and individuals.
In 2009 she founded her coaching company with the mission to provide her clients cutting edge coaching and training services for the creation of a healthy and high performing environment and positive, sustainable change. As a leadership and executive coach, Katerina works with leaders from around the world, supporting them to overcome their challenges and thrive even in the most adverse environments. She is member of the leadership team of the CoachActivism project, a coaching initiative for the global refugee crisis, and co-founder of the CCtA organization.
She holds a Masters in Dramatherapy and Psychodrama and prior to becoming a coach, she worked as a therapist and educator.
Katerina is based in Athens, Greece and has traveled to more than 12 countries for her coaching clients and international projects' assignments.



Mariya Staykova

Mariya Staykova is a passionate coach, engaging presenter and skillful facilitator. She is PCC credentialed with ICF.
Mariya is a mentor-coach and trainer for coaches. She is co-creator and facilitator of the first accredited by ICF programs in Bulgarian language - ‘The PULSE of Coaching’ – group mentoring program (CCE), designed to support coaches to develop further the ICF Core Coaching Competences and “The PULSE of Coaching - certification training program (ACSTH). Since 2014 she has performed hundreds of hours of mentoring and training for coaches.


Neda Alkalay

Neda has more than 25 years of business experience in big national and multinational companies on top managerial positions. She is a Profecional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and experienced trainer and facilitator in the areas of people management, sales and negotiations.

Dr Nikolaos Dimitriadis

An award-winning communications professional, educator and consultant. Dr. Dimitriadis is the author of the book “Neuroscience for Leaders: A Brain Adaptive Leadership Approach” (Kogan Page, London) and spoke at TEDx University of Strathclyde for the urgent need for Brain-Based Communication. He is a certified Neuromarketer and a contributor to the Neuromarketing Manager Program at Hamburg Media School. He has worked with international brands such as IKEA, IBM, JTI, Nestle, Johnson&Johnson Pierre Fabre, Coca Cola, Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, Raiffeisen Bank, Rauch, Teekanne, USAID and others. He is a mentor of startups at the ICT HUB, Belgrade, Serbia. He is the CEO of Trizma Neuro, a cutting-edge applied neuroscience startup. He is also the Regional Director at The University of Sheffield International Faculty, City College, for the Western Balkans. Dr. Dimitriadis is a strong advocate of brain-based solutions to business challenges.


Olga Rybina

"I was born and raised  in Russia. I came into coaching profession via learning mathematics  and clinical psychology. Mathematics taught me structural and critical thinking. Experience in conducting research in clinical psychology has shown the importance of learning interrelations and behavioral patterns. I have been studying coaching and participating in the development of coaching community in Russia since 2009.  For over 2 years (2014-2016) I have been the Head of the Committee on ICF Certification in Russia, the author and leader of developing programs for the ICF Russia Chapter’s coaches. Today I am one of the four MCC coaches practicing in Russia. I teach coaching using my original program (ACTP) which is based on my knowledge of psychology and experience in sport coaching and in compliance to the ICF standards. On a personal note, I have a big  family.  They are my foundation, inspiration and support."

Dr Sally Bonneywell

Sally is VP of Coaching at GlaxoSmithKline where she founded the Coaching Centre of Excellence in 2010. Her role is to head up coaching across GSK and she is responsible for building internal coaching capability, managing the quality and use of internal and external executive coaches and evaluating the impact of coaching. GSK were the 2016 winners of the ICF Global Prism Award.
Sally is a member of the Coaching Sponsors Forum which focuses on how to bring about systemic change in the governance and professionalism of the Coaching industry.
