ICF Bulgaria is a non-profit organization, local representation of the largest professional coaching organization ICF Global with more than 32 000 members all around the world.
Our mission is to inform Bulgarian society, business and all concerned about coaching potential and benefits, and to contribute for the development of coaching awareness.
Our goals are:
- To promote the benefits of professional coaching as a contemporary approach for the development of leaders, managers and their teams
- To support professional coaches development and to be the voice of the coaching profession in Bulgaria.
- To serve as a major resource for executives, HR managers and anyone who wish to implement coaching in their organizations or to use coaching as a management approach for team development
In June 2019, for the third time, ICF Bulgaria is organising a National Conference on Leadership and Coaching, under the slogan Crossing points: Where the business meets the professional coaching.
